BEHIND THE SCENES
In the same way every wedding we style is different, so are the everyday tasks backstage at Victoriana Floral. But whatever we are doing, you can be assured it's inspired by flowers.
When we are not tending to our garden or being inspired by the Irish countryside for your wedding colour palettes and floral design, we are meeting our lovely wedding couples for consultations, prepping mood boards, sourcing styling elements and researching in books, magazines and online. This is all before we even start curating and creating your wedding flowers.
While we have a small core team of experienced florists working on the foundational elements, we also have a regular pool of trusted experts to support us, depending on the scale of the event installation and the specific skills needed for your wedding.
It is always a privilege to be involved in one of the most important times in people's lives, and we pride ourselves in the excellent relationships we have with our clients and couples, never taking over and always being on hand for support and guidance.
OUR PROCESS
From our initial consultation, we will delve deep into you as a couple and our process is entirely personal, getting to know you, your style and your stories. We will keep you informed at all key points during the planning process, sharing moodboards, flower thoughts, candle suggestions and so much more.
We will arrive at your venue ideally, the day before your event if a grand affair, or on the day of for smaller weddings, and our expert team will lovingly make your floral dreams a reality, plus any other decor that has been agreed upon. After the event we will dismantle it all, and leave the venue as found.
Our wedding flowers photograph beautifully, creating sumptuous focal points and exquisite backdrops. The ambience they create will be long remembered by both the bridal party and guests for setting a genuinely romantic scene.
Our flowers are grown or purchased specifically for your wedding, ensuring you only receive the freshest blooms in prime condition. Our gold-standard flowers are sourced seasonally where possible, curated and assembled within hours of your wedding service for freshness, transported with care in water and styled to perfection on installation.
Whilst an average spend would be around £3000-£5000, your Investment starts at £2000 for our bespoke floral designs/ styling option, and we provide all of our couples with a full proposal to match your needs. However, we may take on a small number of more intimate weddings or events depending on our availability so it’s always worth getting in touch.
